I came to fix the back left tail light panel. Five visits and 200 dollars later it is still not functioning. Great guys, just not impressed with their work. I have wasted a lot of time here and would not come back if it were not guaranteed work.

Good people. I brought my car in for a check engine light and they tried one procedure and the check engine light came back on after i picked it up. When i called them about it they fixed the real problem and didn't charge me another dollar and they were really apologetic. Good experience

Nate and his team have been an absolute pleasure. I have a classic 63 Jeep CJ5 and I had hired another shop to put a new motor in it for me. I never heard from them and it took months and months to complete and never ran well with almost all new parts under the hood and drivetrain. Nate figured out what was wrong almost immediately, told me what I needed, allowed me to source the parts and had them installed and my Jeep running better than ever several days before he had told me he would have it done. They checked in about everyday and were a dream to work with. Save yourself time and money and just start with these guys. They know what they are doing. Thanks again men!

Nate and Provo Car Doctors is hands down the best car shop in Utah. Don't go anywhere else! He cares about you and he truly wants what is the absolute best thing for you. I've shopped around and I just waisted my time, so don't waste yours. If you need something just take it to Provo Car Doctors! By the way they didn't ask me to leave this review.

I came in to get my headlight light bulb changed. They ended up offering me 2 new headlight light bulbs and i got a refund on the part i brought in and it actually paid for the new lightbulbs and service. Definitely a trustworthy group of people

I was buying a gorgeous three-year-old used car from a big-name dealer. Of course, the dealer told me they inspected it. But before buying the car, I got a Blue Star inspection anyway from Provo Car Doctors. Provo Car Doctors were prompt and efficient. The inspection took less than an hour. There was no waiting either in the drop off or pickup. There’s a comfy indie coffee shop 1 block away. It turned out the car needed: 1) New Battery2) Radiator fluid3) Faulty air pressure sensor fixed4) New air filterI took the inspection back to the dealer, and refused by make my down payment until everything was fixed. The dealer resisted resisted replacing the battery but I held my ground and won. I never would have had the leverage to get these repairs without the printed Blue Star inspection from Provo Car Doctors in my hand. So my $79 Blue Star inspection from Provo Car Doctors probably saved me about $500 in service and who knows how many headaches and problems down the road. Best money I ever spent! I will never buy another car without a Blue Star inspection. Provo Car Doctors was great!

I've taken both of my cars in multiple times to Provo Car Doctors and I've had full confidence that even though my cars required some costly repairs, I was still getting done what I needed done. I've worked with Provo Car Doctors a few times and I've always had a good experience. They do get busy at times which is to be expected when someone is honest and does good work.I recently needed an emissions test for a vehicle I purchased. It was last minute and I hadn't given them any notice but they were able to get me in and get the test done when I had the time that same morning.I recommend them often. They'll even work on your Volkswagen!

I love The car doctors! I have been there twice with less-than-stellar cars and both times they have done a great job! That helped us find the best deal to get the most with our money, they do great work so we don’t need to go in more often and get other things fixed. They are very kind and helpful! The technicians have taken me out and shown things to me on my cars and have helped me understand the problems without looking down on me for not knowing about cars. Michelle at the front desk is always super sweet and very helpful with any of our questions. I have recommended them to my family and friends and am very pleased with their help.

Got an oil change. New there were issues with my old Prius. Felt like they moved quickly to get it done after the typical 20 min sign paper even though I have an appointment time period that all mechanics have. Great deals, cheaper prices than clegg and just as good. They let me know of all the problems and potential future problems of my car without pressuring me. Very Likely will work with them again.

This place is the most honest in provo. I've been coming here for years. I've been living in Provo for about 20 years and gone back and forth between different mechanics until I settled here a few years ago when I moved into the neighborhood period they are really professional super nice and aren't trying to screw you

I have a 2012 mini cooper and they have serviced it well over the past few years, which is a relief because I get nervous taking my mini to places other than the dealership. They've replaced my brakes, changed my oil, and performed other basic maintenance and have done really well! They're honest and kind and I know I am being treated fairly!

I really love Provo Car Doctors! I feel like they really take care of their customers and are extremely helpful if you have any questions or concerns. I really appreciate how they only use quality parts and really go the extra mile to ensure that your car is getting a long-lasting repair. The head-gasket repair I had done did take a few weeks as it was a bigger repair but I had a lot of confidence knowing they did a great job and it was for a fair price as well. The other repair was very quick, they had it in and out in basically one day. I really appreciate the work they do here and I also really appreciate Michelle, she is so helpful and kind!

I brought in my truck for a brake inspection. They called me a couple hours later saying that my brakes had 50% life on them, so nothing needed to be changed. That’s all you gotta know. Mechanics are honest and won’t take advantage of you. Will be returning for future repairs.

I worked here for a very brief time. The owner promised me a wage and then did not keep his word. I would say this is all you would want to know about how they do things at provo car doctors. Nate was the owner and his manager was Clint at the time I worked for them. I can provide proof of this lie by email and payroll check stubbs. Provo car doctors is not listed as an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau.

They saved me again, and in a reasonable and timely fashion. Clint (the mechanic) is genius, and once again Michelle is so kind and thoughtful. They made the process go so smoothly, and reassured me that I had come to the right place. I drove down from Montana, knowing that my Mercedes' van roadtrek would be properly diagnosed and treated correctly! They are my hero's!

It took them two weeks to find out something simple I already knew about. They overly charged me because their mechanics were trying to get money out of me. They have a horrible service and do not care or respect their customers. DO NOT USE their services, take it to anyone but them. If you want to pay a realistic price for your car take it somewhere else
